Thursday 11th Feb update

Hi guys.

With regret I won't be on faceache or insta this evening. I have had to rearrange to next Monday 15th 7.30pm.

So sorry. I bought a dodgy sandwich from the garage and has not agreed with me.

Been on a strict diet and training routine since Christmas and that dodgy sandwich had a adverse effect🤢(that's what ya get having a sneaky meal)

I'm so sorry for postponement.

I hope to see you guys on Monday Eve at 7.30.
